The cabin has a steep slope at the front, but it is fenced. There is a parking space with a main road leading to the cabin and to the cabin itself; the road up to the cabin is somewhat narrow. New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

Idyllic, undisturbed summer house by the lake, close to the zoo

Welcome to our holiday home in idyllic surroundings in Høvåg. Only a 20-minute drive from Dyreparken/Kristiansand. Cabin with annex is undisturbed at the end of a dead end, west facing and sunny on a plateau with great views. Private swimming area and rock with good fishing opportunities only 50 meters below the cabin. Good hiking opportunities in the area. If you are going to Sørlandsbesøk or to the Zoo, this is an excellent option.
