The space
This Timeshare condo has a Full Size Living Room with gas fireplace. Audio player. 3 Flat Screen TV's. Dining area indoors and on patio / balcony. Full size and stocked kitchen (dishware, glassware, cups, silverware, coffee pot, blender, pots, pans, etc.). Washer and Dryer in unit. Locked safe. No Resort Fees. No Room tax. Free Parking.

Unit is randomly assigned by Hotel front desk. If you need a ground floor unit, please contact Host for that request.

Guest access
Guests will enter through guard gated area. Complimentary parking.

The timeshare is reserved by the Guest Name.

Simply check in at the Hotel Lobby. If you arrive early, you can leave your bags with the bellman and enjoy the amenities / restaurant until check in time.

Other things to note
Very Close to the LINQ, High Roller Ferris Wheel, Sphere. 10-15 minute walk to the Bellagio. Complimentary Shuttle Service to 4 set stops on the strip. Shuttle Service is available every day except on New Years Eve.

We rent our several timeshare units at Las Vegas Desert Club just one short block from the center of the strip! The units are for our guests only (full privacy for guests). Resort is located one short block from the middle of the strip! Complimentary shuttle bus to take to select locations on the strip (except on Dec 31). Watch the Fireworks from the resort! Resort is close to Sphere, LINQ, center of the Strip, Bellagio, and more! Guests love the units and location!
