Monthly Rentals in Paradise

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at one of RIch's units, and can confidently say that you won't be disappointed by this unit (or likely any of them). The location is super convenient if you don't mind the urban setting, it's very walkable to a lot of places and only a few minutes by car to the strip. Neighbors were all friendly, and upstairs noise was quite minimal. I'll most certainly be looking for one of RIch's units the next time I come to Vegas!

We stayed here for 6 weeks, and it truly felt like home. Really cute condo, gated complex, and 15 min. uber to the strip. Karen was extremely responsive & accommodating - she even purchased an additional app so my boyfriend could watch football. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting for a longer trip!

It was exactly what I was looking for. Great location. The condo complex was secure and well maintained. The neighbors were nice and considerate. If you're going to be in the Vegas/Henderson area for 1+ months I highly recommend this place.

Very respectable and responsive host. The place is in good condition! The neighborhood is in a nice neighborhood. We will be back to stay
