Everything excellent, very clean, good location, quiet area, always very attentive. A good place to stay.

A great spot in the colonias neighborhood, tons of local food places nearby, some of the best eats on the island within a short walk. Has a nice clean pool and a serene rooftop palapa, a great spot to start the day. Room was very clean and they provided a starter 5 gallon water jug. Owner was always quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Eric is a great host, he met me for check in and gave a tour. Also bid farewell at checkout. The place is as described with fast WiFi allowing for remote work, with a desk in the main bedroom. The AC works well in the bedroom and the water pressure is great. Not much traffic on street so pretty quiet, and Ubers are affordable.

Booked Luis’s place day of for a last minute stay and he was super accommodating. Comfortable accommodation for one night with all the needed amenities. Also quite a few restaurants and shops nearby. We arrived late at night and the place was a bit hard to find but Luis gives very detailed instructions which are helpful. Overall would recommend!

Yes, don't hesitate, stay here! This place will allow you to vacation with total freedom, it has good mobility, it has what you need, autonomous arrival and departure, very quiet neighborhood, quiet house, if you are with your real family do not think about it, this place is perfect for them. The photos don't do the place much justice, it's more beautiful.

Anthony’s apartment is in an amazing location, right in front of the beach. I was waking up every morning to sunrise, what a great way to start the day. Tons of restaurants, mall nearby, tours pick you up right in front of the condo, another great perk. Anthony is a great host, very responsive, sent me video clips to check in and show around the apartment. The next time we visit Cancun, we’ll will for sure stay in Anthony’s apartment.

We loved our stay here at Noja Villa's. The location was great as it was about 35/40 min walk from the north end shops, restaurants and beaches which was ideal for us as we did not have a golf cart/bike for most of the trip. We loved our villa, the pool was beautiful and having the patio with hammocks and chairs by the beach was lovely. We rented bikes our last day (BiCi express) which was nice to see more of the island and super affordable. Staff was super kind and helpful. We also went on runs and there is a really nice walking trail south of the villa that has beautiful look out points of the beach. Our favorite restaurant was probably Green Verde which was a short walk, super high quality and delicious food and cocktails for a great price. I would stay again!

Excellent hosts, they were always on the lookout, the house was clean and as described and as is in the photos. They gave us many recommendations and directions to the places. My family and I thank you very much for your kindness and kindness. I would definitely recommend it to my acquaintances and come back. Thanks for everything. 😊

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

The house is away from the tourist areas and the location may seem concerning. However we felt perfectly comfortable and safe. We walked to stores and restaurants with no problems. If you go during the hot season, the common areas in the house will be very toasty; bedrooms all have a/c. Bottom line we would stay there again.

Very nice house, tidy and the host is always very attentive, in addition the transport passes in front of the house which allows you to get around everywhere.

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

... spending a few days at Gabriel's house has been a very special experience. I arrived very late after missing my flight. No problem - I'll wait until midnight. I was starving. No problem - he took me to his favorite taqueria. I didn't have the money to pay. No problem - he lent me money. What to do in Mexico? No problem - he recommended many things outside of what the tourist guides say. So - very special! Then the house: very spacious, very clean and very nice with its patio Thank you very much

Great pool and private beach, and close to the hotel zone!

We loved our stay there. The staff were so helpful and responsive to communication. The place was clean, comfortable, and located midland which made it easy to walk north and south to things. We would stay again.

The house was nice. The air conditioner kept the house very cool during the blazing heat. The area had a few restaurants. The Mexican buffet was really good. The restaurant next door had great tacos and the waiter was really nice.The rooftop was very relaxing. Just a suggestion maybe a lounge chair would be nice to catch some sun. The WIFI was in and out but it worked when I needed it. The washing machine washed my clothes clean. There no elevator so be mindful of your luggage weight. Will definitely stay here again in the future Thanks 😁

AWESOME! I thought it was a high price, but when I got to the place it was all worth it, everything was excellent, the pools, the place, everything was within reach, if you cook on your trip you can lock in the smoke a little but when you turn on the hood it's solved. Highly recommended. If you want to relax, this is the place.

The service was attentive and friendly all the time, they responded in a timely manner. The stay was wonderful, since we arrived we felt at home; everything was very clean and tidy; hot water at any time, functional appliances, super spacious drawers, clean and well-maintained kitchen utensils. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. We loved being there; we would rent again.
