Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hotel Zone

This is Top 5 Airbnbs I've stayed in! Pablo was there for check-in and did a walkthrough, which was very helpful! There are a *ton* of amenities so it was nice to be made aware of everything. They've really thought of everything from the renter's perspective and what could be needed, top tier! It's in a private location so I felt very safe and it was very peaceful, both inside and out. I stayed on the bottom floor and didn't hear a peep from the person staying on the top. I entered my Bad Back era a few years ago and dread sleeping in any bed but my own but this was beyond comfortable and supportive, I slept like a rock every night! Julius and Pablo are beyond hospitable, beyond accommodating and understanding, I highly highly recommend this space!

Great place that exactly matches the photos and description. The hosts were available and accommodated our checkout time. Easy communication. I would recommend this place which is a short walk to a beautiful beach and offers the pool a few meters from the property.

Ray's place is in a great location, centrally located with great access to both ends of the island for exploring. Good bed and linens, no complaints! My Son likes the place and my wife wants to come back. Definitely would stay again on another adventure. The amazing gift 🎁 ray added the birthday decoration for my son. I should give you 10/5 stars but the max is 5. So you have 5 brother. Thank you

I wish I could leave a 10 star review . We had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay! Veronica’s home was AMAZINGGGGG !! The place was exactly as described , clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, not too far from the hotel Zone but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was friendly, attentive , and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated how responsive both Veronica and her husband Peter were throughout our stay . Definitely made my first experience out of the country worth wild !! And the rooftop pool? Definitely a great touch , it made our trip feel extra special !! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

clean and nice place quiet area very comfortable

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

The stay was very good, the location is good and Alejandrina is a very good host. In general terms a good stay!

Excellent location, all the staff at the place are very friendly and the apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The only thing is the general maintenance of the building, which is very neglected, but that is more of the general building than the accommodation itself.

We had a great stay at Saul's accommodation, the place is very quiet, comfortable, safe and the description/photos of the place exactly match what they say. Saúl and Giovanni welcomed us with a nice touch that we liked very much and that made us feel at home, we appreciated it. We will definitely return, excellent hosts.

Great location, 10min walk to the beach and ferry. House itself was clean and quiet, AC worked great. Hosts were helpful when needed and did not hover or check in unnecessarily.

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

AMAZING VIEWS!! This place was very clean from the inside. Gianmarco responded very quickly & even left welcome drinks which was great to cool off. The AC was very powerful and kept the whole room cool.

Excellent place, the view is spectacular from the apartment balcony, the reception service and the cleanliness is fantastic, my only complaint is that there was a coffee maker but no coffee, otherwise everything is wonderful.

The apartment is great, comfortable and exactly as in the photos. I really enjoyed your stay! However, some points can be improved: the water pressure in the shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink is very weak, which can be a little uncomfortable. There is also a little noise in the surroundings - those who are light sleepers may find it difficult to sleep. On the other hand, the pool is excellent for relaxing after a tiring day, although the water is at room temperature. Overall, it was a great experience!

The place was fantastic, having two full bathrooms makes a huge difference for a family vacation, the place was just looking as the pictures, there may be a little bit of traffic noise in the morning with cars driving on the boulevard, but nothing to do with the place itself

Veronica was an outstanding host! She was extremely attentive and proactive to all of our needs. Her place was in excellent condition and in a desirable part of town (Puerto Cancun). I highly recommend staying at her place!
