Holiday rentals with a patio in Hotel Zone

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

Ideal location for excursions. Safe area. Quiet sleep. Apartment very spacious. Car rental company near the IBIS Hotel. There is also a small German bakery downstairs (ideal for breakfast). Friendly communication with the host. Security personnel at the entrance were very courteous. Will come again any time. Note: Uber is not allowed to pick up at the airport. The recommended pick-up service works well, but is comparatively expensive. The return journey is going well with Uber.

My stay was great! As a solo traveler felt safe and was able to easily work remotely. Home as pictured. The host was wonderful with communication. The community is gated and friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay unattached from the tourist areas this is it. I agree with other reviews about having a car when staying here. What you need is close but not walkable, hop on the bus close. I worked from home most days so Ubered when I needed to and ordered Uber Eats on the days I wanted to enjoy being home. Take a walk through the neighborhood for the outdoor playground and exercise area in the neighborhood.

Pilar and friends were absolutely amazing. I felt welcomed, I felt safe. The security and staff on the property were great as well. Everybody made my son and I feel right at home. The space is gorgeous. Very spacious. The views were stunning. Pilar scheduled transportation from and back to the airport as well. Our drivers were courteous and kind. We got there a little early but security and staff welcomed us and let us sit by the pool until the space was ready. The property is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants as well. I would definitely and highly recommend this beautiful space for your stay in Cancun.

This was such an amazing stay!! Mara was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home 😊. This little spot is very spacious and tucked away with TONS of tropical plants and lights, it felt really magical. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again next year.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Paola and Gerardo were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. They recommended a variety of things to do in Mexico and helped us arrange everything—from a private chef and transportation to booking our excursions. The highlight was definitely the private yacht trip to Isla Mujeres—an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. The service at the house was also outstanding. Paola’s mom was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was spotless, and we felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the beautiful weather. This was a perfect place to stay with friends and family, and we highly recommend it!

The place looks just like the pictures; security does a great job at limiting access to strangers. The common areas are always clean, easy access to public transportation. The Coffee shop inside the community has great food and service.

A wonderful gem near Puerto Juarez! We stayed here for one night returning from Isla Mujeres and it was perfect. The hosts were so kind and met us to bring keys, give a tour, and make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was perfectly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked with everything you could need. Bathroom was spotless and had basic amenities. I prefer a larger bed but it was ok for one night, and would be perfect for one person. Fantastic common areas! A beautiful large pool with a sitting area on the ground floor and a small pool on the roof were both fantastic. Very, very clean and well kept. Even a vending machine with snacks, beers, and drinks was available. Very thoughtful design and we enjoyed spending the next morning by the pool. It is a modest location with nearby local restaurants. We felt very safe and comfortable. Would return for another stay before/after visiting Isla Mujeres!

If you’re a first time traveller to Cancun with a child and/or with granny like we did, this place is the right choice! It has everything you need to feel at home. The location is great! There’s a giant supermarket and a shopping center alongside with well-known restaurants within a few steps away from the apartment. We enjoyed the stay. There’s host was very friendly. We didn’t need to contact him much, because everything was good and working well!

The stay was excellent, as it is very central to do anything, from restaurants, archaeological sites, beaches, etc., and that helped us a lot to go out and explore. Also the owner of the house was great, as he helped us in everything, and made the stay very pleasant. The place is 100% recommended

In general, a very pleasant stay, communication with Anthony was very fast and accessible. He gave us the opportunity to check in and check out with a little tolerance and in general he was very kind. The location is perfect and above all the way to get around, there is a 24-hour bus and it's super safe, it gives you the peace of mind of being able to go out without fear of something happening. The pool is very clean, the guards are always checking to make sure everything is in order and the beach fortunately has very little sargassum (which was already out of the sea) and allows you to get into the sea and enjoy the tones of the sea :) As a tip for a topic that is no longer under Anthony's responsibility, but that will surely help future guests, in the booth they are a little strict, we ordered food through UberEats and sometimes they let them pass and other times they didn't, so I suggest you ask the guard for the phone to notify him of the arrival of services and that you don't have to go out to the booth to pick up your orders ;)
