Betty was an exceptional host and assisted me with all question I had. This air BNB is 5 minutes drive from the stripe which makes it a great location. Highly recommended.

We liked staying at this condo because... 1. of the location. We went to several beaches in Cancun and this was the prettiest with its turquoise, clear water and soft sand. It was also right across the street from a supermarket and lots of restaurants. 2. you can wake up every morning to a beautiful sunrise from your bed or balcony. 3. it had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable like a water dispenser that dispensed cold water and a drying rack that dried our towels and bathing suits like my dryer at home. Villas Mariln is like me. Built awhile a go and is showing it's age but everything is still operational and functional. If you want perfection like Club Med, then this isn't for you. Feel free to pay way more to experience the same beautiful parts of Cancun. Yet, if you want an affordable way to stay in one of the most beautiful places than this condo is just perfect.

This was a great experience and Esteban was a great host, quickly responded to our messages and was very patient with us with all of our questions. We were able to opt for an ocean view without extra charge. Easy check in and beautiful resort. Just be careful of sales men at resort trying to sell you their diamond membership, they took three hours of our time because we were clueless on what we were getting ourselves into.

Very good accommodation and the facilities are very comfortable, Ana was always on the lookout for communication was clear and fast, The place is as shown in the photos and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Loved it! First reaction: OMG! Very clean, king bed and comfortable pillows. View: double-WOW! The condo is facing the pool (lit in the evening) and the sea! Probably the best positioned in the complex! When we look properly at the details, we see that it lacks finish, the paint, the very worn kitchen sinks... but it was the last of my worries! The only downside is that there seemed to be a non-breathing mattress cover, I was sweating during the night, as if I was sleeping on plastic. However, the condo temperature was very comfortable. The shower was very clean, all marble, pressure and hot water. Multiple levels of lighting in the condo for atmosphere. I asked to arrive earlier but not possible, couldn't go to the pool with my suitcase. Gave me access to the Ocean Dream Beach club while waiting 10 min. Ultra fast response. The restaurant opens at 8am and no coffee nearby. Wood-fired pizza and suzette crepes!
