Beautiful apartment in Soorts-Hossegor in the heart of the Landes between the pine forest and the Lac Marin. The Paloumère residence is a peaceful and characterful place, with Basque-Landes architecture typical of the area. On the ground floor at the edge of the forest, all the rooms of this 75 m² apartment open onto a green landscape of pine trees. The 80 m² private terrace that surrounds the apartment offers an ideal lifestyle, taking advantage of the swimming pool in season.

A haven of peace just 13 km from the 1st beach, you can enjoy both the tranquility of the place and the dynamic life of the coast in Capbreton, Hossegor, Seignosse, Bayonne, Biarritz... Multiple games, swimming pool, sunbeds, ping pong etc will make you happy if you stay there during the day!

Modern 20 m2 studio with equipped kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower, 160 bed, TV and WiFi. Heated pool access (May to September 15), outdoor area shared with owners; Jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is adjoining our house but the entrance is independent. Located 10 minutes' drive from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Numerous bike path starts. Closed parking in the courtyard.

La Villa sous les Pins is a superb contemporary house of 180 m², located in a green setting of 3000 m² on the edge of the forest. Studio 26m2 on the basement floor of a large house. A large TV and a 140x200cm double bed. A dining/living area and a kitchenette with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The bathroom has a 160x200cm shower. All linen is provided. Outside, there is a barbecue/brasero terrace on one side and a dining area by the fountain on the other. Deckchairs and hammocks are available for relaxation.
