In the heart of the harbor and quiet, we welcome you in this completely renovated T1 bis, facing east with large loggia ideal for sunny breakfasts. The apartment has a small bedroom with a double bed and a living room with open kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a double sofa bed. Close to all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries), beaches accessible on foot or by bike (950 m) via bike path.

The Annex: quiet air-conditioned kitchen. Swimming pool, bicycles

At the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet, house with an annex of 17 m2 that can accommodate a couple and a baby. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool, terrace with deckchairs and small terrace for dining. Located between Hossegor's golf and the port of Capbreton, our house is ideally situated. The city center of Hossegor (central place, local market, stores..) and Capbreton (town, port) are easily accessible by car or bike (bicycles paths). Hossegor's lake is very close (2km) as well as the different beaches (2.5 km). Our pleasant and bright flat house , will be the beginning of many discovery.
