Our modern furnished apartment is located right in the center of the natural Lauenbrück village. The spacious apartment (about 90 square meters) boasts an approx. 40 square meter private roof terrace overlooking the countryside. The roof terrace invites you to linger all day with sunny and shady spots. The apartment is perfectly suitable for couples, families and small groups (2-4 people) with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and a shower room.

There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

In addition, there is a flowering garden with a pond and many enchanted corners. On the terrace there is a fire pit. One room has a large double bed and two single beds, the other has 2 beds. The spacious kitchen-living area invites you to spend sociable hours. All rooms are spacious.

At the same time, you can also reach the city center of Bremen in 20 minutes by car.
