It belongs to a barn converted into a studio with large oaks and lots of greenery around it. Private entrance, day bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), bathroom with shower, breakfast terrace with a view of the garden, wood-burning stove for autumn/winter, infrared heating (provides basic heating), Wi-Fi. Rural but culturally very interesting area, close to Fischerhude and Worpswede.

Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

In our cozy and at the same time very upscale tiny house/construction trailer, you can switch off and enjoy your break! The 2025 newly built caravan has a living/sleeping area, a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The small fireplace invites you to cozy hours in any weather, while you let the view wander into the distance through the panoramic window.

Idyllic country house apartment

We converted an apartment in our country house into a vacation home. We rent two rooms in a separate apartment with a combined kitchen and living room and a bathroom. In addition, there is a flowering garden with a pond and many enchanted corners. On the terrace there is a fire pit. One room has a large double bed and two single beds, the other has 2 beds. The spacious kitchen-living area invites you to spend sociable hours. All rooms are spacious.

Vacation apartment on Zürns Hoff

The apartment was built in spring 2022 on the rural courtyard of the Hoops inn. On weekends, the apartment is ideal for guests of our celebrations. It has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), a bathroom, an additional toilet and a spacious living area with TV and fully equipped kitchen. You can look into the large garden from the balcony. Celebrations are held in the outbuildings on weekends, especially in summer.
