The Garden House

At Søllestedgaard Estate, in the courtyard right next to the main building, is the steward's residence, one wing of which has long served as the garden house, which is now being rented out. The garden house is a lovely apartment on 2 levels with a view of the moat and direct access to the terrace. The apartment sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The rental property is located on Lolland in the station town of Søllested, right between Nakskov and Maribo.

Here you live in the middle of nature, only 10 meters from beech forest and 300 meters from a small private beach with rowboat. The home is centrally located on West Lolland in a small village where there are quiet surroundings and virtually no noise from traffic. Your good night's sleep is assured without interruptions. The living room is large enough for the whole family to be together, even if the children are playing or drawing at the dining table, there is still room to enjoy a glass of wine on the sofa at the other end of the living room.
