The house has 4 bedrooms with room for 8, as well as a lovely annex with room for 4. The house is located in a scenic area with only 2 minutes walk to the beach and bathing jetty. Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Nu har du chansen att slappna av och trivas i ett fantastiskt läge bara 25 meter från stranden. Du får en hänförande 180 graders utsikt över Öresund, Ven och Danmark. Skåneleden passerar utanför fönstret och leder till restauranger, bad, golfbana o Landskrona centrum. Du kommer att bo i ett trevligt nyrenoverat rum med litet kök och eget badrum. I rummet finns en bekväm dubbelsäng samt vid behov tillgång till en gästsäng för ett större barn och en resesäng för ett mindre barn.

Vidunderligt familievenligt hus med havudsigt ved Rungsted Havn. Huset er nyrenoveret med masser kunst og skønne farver. Her vågner man med et smil, når man fra husets panorama vinduer studerer sejlskibenes stille fart gennem Øresund. Efter morgenkaffe på den rolige træterrasse starter dagen med havdyp fra badebroen eller tennis i parken. Når spadserturen langs vandet har sat sig i krop og sjæl, nydes solnedgangen med en cocktail på udsigtsterrassen, mens grillen opvarmes.

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.
