Flat screen TV, separate bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe/desk. 3 mins from two train stations and excellent links to London Bridge (15mins), St Pancras (25 mins).

The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. Peckham and Crystal Palace are also a short bus ride or 30 min walk away. My flat is on the main parade with some great coffee, delis and independent shops on the doorstep. The Horniman Museum & Gardens are an 8 minute walk away and great for kids and beautiful London views.
