Cosy, self contained one bed apartment attached to our home. Private entrance and off street parking. Everything needed for a comfortable stay, separate bathroom (shower). Kitchenette with a combination microwave/oven/fridge/mini hob. Crockery/cutlery provided as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Washing machine/ironing board. Flat screen TV, separate bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe/desk. 3 mins from two train stations and excellent links to London Bridge (15mins), St Pancras (25 mins).

Luxurious houseboat in London

The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

Bright and Modern Forest Hill Flat • Flexible Stay

Enjoy our bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat just steps from Forest Hill station. Both bedrooms have king beds & a double sofa bed in the living room. For smaller groups, one bedroom is prepared; the second opens for 3+ guests to help us keep the apartment tidy and comfortable. Unwind on the large, sunny terrace with lovely views, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy two bathrooms (one ensuite), a dishwasher, washing machine, and plenty of room to relax. Pets welcome, but no parties.

Peckham and Crystal Palace are also a short bus ride or 30 min walk away. My flat is on the main parade with some great coffee, delis and independent shops on the doorstep. The Horniman Museum & Gardens are an 8 minute walk away and great for kids and beautiful London views.

Blythe Vale Studio is a self contained, quiet, garden room with own kitchen and bathroom situated at the bottom of a 90ft garden. Private access via the side gate of the main house. It is ideally situated for exploring Greenwich, the Southbank and Central and East London. Train stations are a 12 minute walk away. Like to check in earlier? Easy access to central London with the train from Crystal Palace to London Bridge in less than 30 minutes. Walking distance to famous Triangle with plenty of restaurants and cafes, 3 minutes to lovely Crystal Palace park. There is dounle sofa bed in living room, kings size bed in the bedroom and upon requst we can add single bed there. Only pets allowed are dogs.
