Welcome to rent a nice house at Jakobsgården in the village Hökhult just outside Horn. By car, the house is about 10 minutes from the nearest grocery store and about 40 minutes from Vimmerby, where Astrid Lindgren's World is available to visit. Proximity to swimming areas in Horn and Hycklinge. In the house, there are 2 bedrooms with 5 beds as well as a sofa bed in the living room with 2 beds. On the farm, there are goats, cows, ducks and cats. When the animals need to be taken care of, we will be nearby but not at the house.

From Gränna, you go 10 minutes north along the tourist road with a mile-wide view of Lake Vättern, where you will find Sjöhagen and nature that is almost reminiscent of a rainforest without being far from civilization. A few meters down from the glamping tent is Vättern, which is illuminated by the sun in its special way. You can take a short walk to buy eggs or locally produced apple cider directly from the neighboring farmer, visit cows, horses, chickens and watch deer. Welcome to our spacious and cozy summer house! The house is almost 100 years old with lots of old charm! Private location with large garden in charming village 30 minutes from Astrid Lindgren's World. Close to swimming, hiking trails and wild and beautiful nature. Östgötaleden goes through the village. Large social areas suitable for one to two families. Four working tiled stoves. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the house Pets welcome In the village there is a grocery store - ICA and a nice swimming area.

Our little cabin by the lake

At the homestead called Hamborg, grandfather's old cottage stands in a beautiful, secluded meadow by Lake Örken. It offers a simple but close to nature accommodation close to the lake, swimming and fishing. Here you can experience total peace and silence far from neighbours. A canoe is available to borrow and a short walk through the forest there is a nice swimming area with a small sandy beach. The cottage has a small wood-burning stove with a cooktop for simple meals, as well as a gas burner.

Welcome to a charming farm cottage from the 1880s, just 10 minutes from Vimmerby. Enjoy a rural stay with modern comfort and space for 6 – two sofa beds downstairs, one double and two single beds in the loft. Duvets, pillows, kitchen and toilet towels are included. Bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent for 100 SEK/set. Shower and washing machine in a separate room. Garden, forest and meadows nearby. Bathing spot 2.5 km away. Uncleaned stay will incur a cleaning fee of 500 SEK.
