The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

This impressively beautiful half-timbered building is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. a small cozy tree house, insulated and equipped with a wood-burning stove. The bed is 1.20 m wide. Our compost toilet is outside. Cooking on the stove or gas stove on the balcony is possible. Basic cooking utensils are available. The Luftschloss is located on a beautiful forest property with a drinking water source. There is also a natural swimming pond on the premises. Wood for heating included. Campfire wood can be bought. It is usually very quiet on site, especially in the winter🙏

Unser über 175 Jahre altes ehem. Bauernhaus befindet sich in zentraler Ortskernlage von Queidersbach, genau gegenüber des parkähnlichen Dorfplatzes. Sie wohnen in einer Einraumwohnung mit Küche und Bad. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Apotheke, etc.) sind in wenigen Gehminuten rund um unser Haus zu finden. Frische Eier gibt's beim Bauernhof nebenan und ein kleiner Obst- & Gemüsemarkt findet jeden Samstag schräg gegenüber im alten Milchhaus statt.

In the courtyard there is a seating area or you can use the public space at the oven house on the opposite side.
