My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

The hut was built from fragrant stone pine both inside and out and renovated with great attention to detail. The old was skilfully combined with the new in order to preserve the rustic hut flair and still offer guests a pleasant stay. Numerous hikes can be undertaken from here - a paradise for nature lovers.
