Welcome to a cozy house where modern comfort meets quiet nature. There is an airy living room with a fireplace and a large Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed. The spacious bathroom has a shower and of course includes clean sheets, towels and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The large 50 sqm terrace offers many hours of sunshine. Close to hiking trails, fishing in Sätoftasjön and excursions such as Skånes Djurpark and Bosjökloster Golfklubb.

The wooden house

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Äsperöd Strawberry Lodge

We have built the lodge with the purpose to have place that solitude with nature. Place to relax from the busy world and get into the rhythm of the wild. Wild life and nature in the area is mesmerising with no dangerous animals (no bears or wolves). Additionally, we have lovely sheep grassing in the field next to the cabin. Lodge is located away from the main house and the road, what gives full privacy in peace and silence. It is equipped with everything necessary to welcome quests.

Notera att altanen inte är dimensionerad för små barn i dagsläget då det finns risk för fall.
