During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

This charming and cozy residence with stylish furnishings is centrally located between Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Leiden and the beach. Everything within a 30 minute drive. There is a private entrance. You enter on the ground floor. Here is a private toilet, private bathroom, washing machine and refrigerator.
