The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. De rust en de ruimte in dit schattige huisje voelt als een ware belevenis, een plekje om even bij weg te dromen!
