The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. De heerlijke veranda vergroot de leefruimte, en het uitzicht is uniek. Direct naast het huisje geeft het hekje toegang tot bos en heide van de Drentsche Aa, een magische sfeer. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.
