Designed by interior designer René Kemper, this cottage exudes the warmth of a forest cabin, featuring beautiful details made from natural materials. The lovely veranda expands the living space, and the view is unique. Right next to the cottage, the gate gives access to the forest and heath of the Drentsche Aa, a magical atmosphere. New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Kitchen with combi microwave/oven and a bathroom. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the B&B, and on the 1st floor a double bed. Child up to 5 free Prices exclude breakfast

There is TV, wifi and fast fiber internet. Around the house there are two terraces and a magnificent view of the lake! A wonderful place to relax.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the brand new summer cottage. The cottage was completed in 2023 and has everything you need. Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

Nestled among farmland, pheasants and ducks, by a natural pond, our two-person caravan awaits you. Enjoy the tranquillity and the beautiful sunset, and feel free to use our BBQ or fire pit. Features a 4-burner gas stove with oven and grill. NB. There is a new toilet block with a shower. Enjoy the tranquility of the Groningen countryside with views of the city skyline. The tiny house is a self-contained living unit of 2.5m x 5m made from recycled material. Equipped with a shower, toilet, water, electricity, internet and heating. Bus stop is 200 meters away.
