Shops, museums, restaurants, the industrial and cultural NRE site and trendy Strijp S, all facilities within easy reach. You will find a lot of greenery in the park with many exotic trees. You have access through the garden area, where you can stay freely. The studio offers a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Towels and shampoo provided. A box spring, seating, (work/dining) table and kitchenette with refrigerator and induction hob (not suitable for extensive cooking). Coffee and tea, WiFi, TV with Netflix are provided. Supermarkets and bus stop a few minutes' walk away. ASML is only a 10-minute walk. Drugs and smoking cannabis are not permitted on the entire site.

There is also a large fitted wardrobe for suitcases, jackets, shoes and bags. On the first floor is a bedroom with double sink, shower room, and separate toilet.
