Apartment refurbished in 2018 located in the quiet area of Alesia, close to shops and transport. The accommodation is located on the 10th and top floor, includes a 30 m2 terrace and stunning views of Paris. The building has an elevator to the 9th floor, then you have to climb one floor on foot. The apartment includes a large living room (living room, dining room and kitchen), a bathroom with shower and toilet and a very small bedroom area with a 140 x 200 bed.

Close to Rue de Lévis with all its shops and restaurants.

Optional inside car parking lot with toll badge 100 meters away.
