Our home is a great place as a chilled-out country retreat, and as base for multiple outdoor sports and adventures in Derbyshire and The Peaks. Only 5 Min drive from the beautiful market town of Ashbourne we have everything here from relaxation and peaceful breaks to white knuckle Theme parks like Alton Towers or maybe for those ramblers out there we have the best of the best within a 20 minutes drive, or peaceful woodlands and rolling hills at the end of our private driveway. Quiet village getaway 20 mins from Alton Towers

This property was the old parish room which we have sympathetically given a make over. Lots of original features have been untouched. The photos do not do this property justice with its double height ceilings and huge log burner. A real hidden gem tucked away but close to everything. A great stay for those wanting a quiet couple of days or the thrills of Alton towers. Located in the curtilage of Melbourne Hall, just a 2-minute walk from the centre of Melbourne (a beautiful Georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops). The apartment is divided into a living room, kitchen, shower room and cosy bedroom which sleeps 2 people in a double bed.
