The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

We, the Neubig family, provide you with a new, very comfortable and high-quality furnished apartment for up to 9 people on the ground floor. You will live in a beautiful, sunny location, nestled in the middle of forest and meadows, idyllic and quiet. Far away from through traffic. Our village brewery Schroll invites you to hearty snacks in the beer garden on Friday & Saturday.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a former schoolhouse dating from 1888. The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). It owes its special charm to the many architectural elements (e.g. Franconian floorboards). The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed. Families with children are very welcome, there is a high chair available as well as various toys.

Ideal for hiking and cycling, separate entrance, private terrace, no stairs, parking or carport, cozy small wellness area, highway accessible in 7 km, leisure activities nearby. Fun park, swimming pool, restaurants and shopping are just a few minutes away by car. A charging station for electric cars is also available.

Enjoy a mystical place at the edge of the forest by the fireplace

The apartment is located in a former Franconian farmhouse, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful part of Franconian Switzerland. There are 2 separate apartments in the Engelschanze, but they can also be booked as a single unit for 8–10 people. All guests can use the large garden. It extends into the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own separate terrace with a view.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a large living room, a built-in kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom and is fully furnished at 110 square meters. The panoramic view of Franconian Tuscany makes you feel close to vacation and relaxation. Thermal baths can be reached promptly by car.
