Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Large and airy apartment/generational part of a detached house in idyllic Høllen, in Søgne. Apple TV connected to the internet so that all your own streaming content is available on the TV. Høllen has a grocery store, a kiosk and a restaurant, and the beautiful Høllestranda beach with great swimming opportunities. A short distance to Åros Camping, and a bus stop 100 m from the apartment. 2 km to Tangvall, with most of the attractions at the Tangvall Arena shopping centre. 15 minutes' drive to the centre of Krsand. 25 minutes drive to the zoo.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

I’m going to have a great stay at this place. Right next to the Lygna Salmon River. Next to the main road. Snartemo train station nearby. Small private beach by the river. To Nasjonalt Villakssenter-Kvåsfossen: 5 km, 5 minutes by car. Kristiansand Zoo is less than 1 hour and 24 minutes away—perfect for family outings. With only a 20-minute drive to Lyngdal and Sørlandsbadet, you have everything within reach. There are excellent fishing opportunities in the river in the area, provided you have a valid fishing licence.

Welcome to a unique waterfront cabin right on the waterfront of Kossevigfjorden, right in the middle of the shipping lane between Kristiansand and Søgne. Enjoy sun from morning to evening and panoramic views of the sea. The cabin offers modern comfort, terraces with outdoor kitchen and barbecue, and a private jetty with bathing stairs. Perfect for swimming, sunbathing or a small boat trip. Here you can lean back and let the silence, the sea and nature do the rest.

Moderne feriehus i Søgne i Kristiansand ferdigstilt i 2022. Selv om hytta ligger 150 meter fra stranden kan man skimte sjøen fra terrassen. Hytta ligger også tilrette for gode solforhold, så her kan man nyte sene sommerkvelder på terrassen. Vi har i sameiet bygd et splitter nytt spa/bade-anlegg som dere får fri tilgang til, som er åpent hele året. Anlegget inneholder badstue, boblebad og badebasseng. Dette ligger rett ved siden av hytta, under 1 minutt å gå.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms of which one is a dining room. One bedroom on the 2nd floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have family bunks with 180 cm beds downstairs and 90 cm upstairs. The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with space for 12 people. Heating with heating cables in the floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless network (fiber). AppleTV available.
