On the edge of the forest you will find our B & B. It is less than 30 minutes by bike (10 minutes by car) from Utrecht. By Public transport or car you are within half an hour in Amsterdam. Facilities: - private bathroom with shower/toilet - 2 person boxspring - flat screen TV&WiFi - fridge, coffee/tea - 2 bikes to borrow Optional (€ 12,50 p.p.p.n.): Breakfast (mainly local products), served at the table in the guest house or on one of the terraces. Our guest house is pet-free and non-smoking.

It is located in a quiet street, within walking distance of shops, forests and heath and near the Lakes of Loosdrecht. It is 30 minutes by car to Amsterdam, Utrecht and Schiphol. Public transport takes approximately one hour (return possible untill 23 hrs). The house is suitable for a family or couples, not for groups of young people.

The guest suite consists of a living room with open kitchen, bedroom, hall, and a bathroom. And a lovely front yard to sit in. Walking distance to the station and shops and at the same time to the heath in the woods. If you are looking for peace and nature, you have come to the right place. Of course, the guest suite is equipped with free WiFi.

Stap buiten op ons ruime terras dat uitkijkt over onze fruitbomen, en geniet van het vredige uitzicht op onze boerderijdieren - schapen, varkens, geiten, kippen, kalkoenen en eenden - die vrijelijk tussen de bomen grazen.

The wooden house we built ourselves in 2019 with used materials. The house is suitable for 4 people and has a cozy kitchen diner and comfortable seating area. The living room has a beautiful glass roof that provides a beautiful light exposure. - Kitchen equipped with combi oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and oven. The 1st bedroom is located on the first floor next to the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom can be reached with a short staircase on the 1st floor.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Wonderful studio in downtown Amersfoort

At the edge of the beautiful historic center between the Koppelpoort and the Kamperbinnenpoort you will find Studio Wever. Equipped with a king-size bed (180x210cm), spacious sofa bed (142x195cm), pantry and a lovely bathroom with rainshower, this luxurious studio is the perfect base for visiting the beautiful Amersfoort with historic buildings, canals, museums, theatre, boutiques and lots of terraces and restaurants.

Rural Cottage near Utrecht

Landelijk gelegen vakantiehuis op 20 fietsminuten van het centrum van Utrecht. Er zijn 2 fietsen aanwezig. Het bosrijke gebied is zeer geschikt om te wandelen en te fietsen, kaarten zijn beschikbaar. Er is een boomgaard en moestuin op het terrein. In de boomgaard staan veel eetbare planten. Kijk en proef als je dat leuk vindt. Als je meer wil weten, dan loop ik graag met je mee.
