In the middle of streams, biotopes and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modernly restored mill estate in the Bauhaus style near the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area borders a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. Unser Haus Gruna ist umfassend ausgestattet: Ess-Koch-Bereich mit E-Herd, Ceranfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach. Terrasse mit 5-Flammen-Gasgrill, Drehspieß, 2er Kühlschrank und separatem Schwenkgrill für Kohle oder Holz. Drei Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett, ausziehbare Einzelbetten), zwei Badezimmer (eins mit Badewanne). Zwei Wohnzimmer mit Sofas und Sitzgelegenheiten, Saunabereich mit Liegestühlen. Homeoffice mit Arbeitsplatz und W-LAN.

Bad Pyrmont is a spa town with many top-ranking spa facilities. The town has a spacious spa park with the largest outdoor palm tree area north of the Alps. Perfect for strolling, eating and shopping. The beautiful surroundings are ideal for excursions on foot, by (mountain) bike and by car.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.

Our newly renovated apartment "relaxation zone" offers plenty of space, coziness and good facilities to relax. The 80 sqm living area is on the ground floor, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, workplace, kitchen with TVund WiFi. There is a private terrace and in the courtyard there is plenty of space to relax and recharge, even with children ideal!

Newly renovated cottage with a good location right on the Ithkamm. A good starting point for the climbing areas on the Ith, the award-winning Ith-Hils hiking trail or also for the gliders that are based here. Everything is easily accessible on foot. For a quick bite, there is a very popular snack bar less than 100 meters away.
