This apartment has its own private back porch to enjoy breezes coming off of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your kayak/paddle board to enjoy the ICW. Holden Beach, grocery & dining are 3 miles away. No Smoking on the Premises. No loud music, no visitors and no partying. Guests may use the dock & pier (at your own risk) Guests can watch the activity on the water and Jet skis are for rent nearby. ** No WiFi, No Children, No Pets. Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are both within an hours drive. If you prefer to relax, you can sit on the 10' x 22' deck just outside the kitchen door, or by the fire pit, on a rocking chair or the swing in the open back yard, which is ideal for playing fetch with your dog.

Beautiful little 3 bedroom house sitting on the Intercoastal waterway. Huge screened in porch overlooking the water. Private pier to go fishing. Internet and washer and dryer included. Very quiet neighborhood. Recently remodeled. At this moment the pier does not have handrails and is under construction, small children should be careful. Also please do not use house towels on the beach that put too much sand in the washer and dryer ..
