The entire building where the apartment is located consists of two houses with three residential units connected by a former blacksmith. The apartment is in the older part of the building and has its own apartment entrance door. After many excursions on foot, by bike or car (or whatever), it is the ideal retreat.

Our cozy apartment is on the ground floor of a well-kept semi-detached house in a quiet residential estate. The terrace belonging to the apartment overlooking the countryside is used for relaxation. Located on the "great width" of the Schlei, the surroundings invite you to explore. It takes less than 15 minutes to get there on foot. Located in the middle of the beautiful cities of Eckernförde and Schleswig, all possibilities are open to you.

Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

The apartment, about 40 square meters, is located on the second floor in an old townhouse from 1905 in which we have also lived on the first floor for 20 years. Our renovation motto was: Reuse instead of throwing away. Not only we, but also chickens, cats and dogs are at home on our colorful and wild property.
