Suburban villa

This apartment is in a historical house and you can use it for your own. We /the owners are living in the upper floors. The apartment is completely equipped and has a big livingroom, a quiet bedroom, a separate and well equipped kitchen and a bathroom (second toilett on the corridor). In bedroom two persons can sleep in a 1,80m wide bed. A third sleeping option gives a 2m sofa (sleepingsofa) in livingroom. Theoretically two persons can sleep there. For sure towels and bed linen are included. The apartment has LED-TV and WLAN. Using garden is a matter of arrangement. Only 2-3 minutes distance to stop of city-tram number 4. With this line you reach trade fair/exhibition center without change in 15 minutes, in 25 minutes you reach center of city also without change. A big supermarket and other shops are in 100 m distance. A restaurant and a bistro you can reach by feet. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but of course you can smoke in the garden. If you travel by car you will find parkingplaces in front of the house or nearby. Forrest, a lake and a park for deers in a 3km distance offers you to take chance for recreation and jogging.

15 m² living-bedroom on the 1st floor, for 1-2 people with separate toilet on the same floor and separate shower on the 2nd floor, all three rooms are accessible via the staircase of the apartment building. Located on the main street. About 200 m walk to the Vischeringstraße bus & train stop, the A3/A4 motorway is very close. By tram, you need about 11 minutes to the Cologne trade fair, to the main train station and the city about 24 minutes and to Cologne/Bonn Airport about 35 minutes.

Wooden house in the countryside (10 min. to the trade fair + main station)

Fully furnished apartment, 2 minutes to the S-Bahn Cologne Dellbrück (10 minutes to the main train station, trade fair and 20 minutes to the airport). Combined kitchen and living room with sleeping loft - access via a steep staircase - sleeping places for 2/3 people, sofa bed in the living room, hallway and private bathroom, parking at the house. Private terrace in the courtyard, quietly located. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops, local recreation lake and forest nearby.

Cologne, 2 room apartment

The apartment is quiet, located in green surroundings with a fast S-Bahn connection to the city center/cathedral (about 15 minutes) or to the trade fair/Deutz. The highway (A3) is also only about 10 minutes away. The non-smoking apartment is located in the attic, is bright and friendly and consists of a living/sleeping room with fully equipped open kitchen and spacious dining area, a separate bedroom (box spring bed) and a shower room. The apartment can accommodate 4 people.

Overnight stay in a caravan (suitable for winter)

Since we only go on vacation with our caravan twice a year and it is otherwise only in front of our garage, we now offer overnight accommodation options on a daily basis. By tram and S-Bahn direct connection to Cologne Messe in 15-17 minutes. Electricity, water, toilet and a shower are available. If you want to take a long shower, you can also shower in our apartment. Air conditioning, heating, bed linen and towels are provided. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Quiet apartment (30 sqm) in Cologne-Dünnwald

Apartment 1 is 30m2 and has been completely renovated in summer 2016. A kitchenette is fully furnished with dishwasher, hotplates, microwave, as well as a Senseo coffee machine. There are no laundry facilities in this apartment. The light-filled living space is modern and lovingly furnished. A cozy sofa invites you to relax and sleep well in the double bed (width 140 cm). Free Wi-Fi. Good location (15 minutes to Cologne Messe/Deutz train station).

Beautiful studio in the Siebengebirge

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Cologne between city, trade fair and nature

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. We offer relaxation and proximity to the city at the same time. Our cozy attic apartment is an 800 m walk to the S-Bahn (travel time S11 main station 13 minutes and trade fair 10 minutes). Bus stop opposite. Nearby is the nature reserve with Lake Höhenfeld. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. The apartment has a private balcony with views of the countryside.

Welcome to my apartment. It's on the bottom floor of a quiet apartment building. 5 minutes by car to the highway 15 minutes walk to the stop of the S4 (without changing to the Cologne Fair and to the big Cologne Christmas markets) You need a shuttle service from the airport or train? In the green, quiet Cologne Dellbrück 10 minutes to Messe

Our home is located on the first floor of our residential building, right in the countryside and yet in the popular Dellbrück district with all the shopping and playground behind the house in the park. Accessible from airport, downtown and trade fair within minutes by public transport Bus and tram stops within easy walking distance. Direct connection to the fair with the KVB line 3, to the city center with the line 18.
