The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

In front of the bedroom with double bed opens the roof terrace (still under construction). In the spacious living and dining area with sofa, reading chair, TV and dining table you can relax and unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine.

By bus ( stop in 3min walking distance) you can reach Bonn city center in about 12-15min.
