Holiday rentals with a patio in Hohen Neuendorf

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

We had a super great time in Simone's great place. We didn't miss anything and were able to really relax. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired and if you don't have enough of the pool during the day, you can admire the starry sky from the hot tub at night. The only thing to note is. We came by public transport and had to walk to the train station on the day of departure (50 min), as neither bus nor taxi/Bolt or Uber are available on Sundays. That maybe as a little info...but of course has nothing to do with the wonderful accommodation itself! We will be happy to come back!

It's a super nice little house with plenty of space on the outside. Excellent for 4 persons. Great and very clean amenities, modern and friendly. We felt right at home. Berlin and its surroundings can be reached super quickly. Karina is very friendly and open and quick to respond to messages. We will be happy to come back❤️ Thanks for everything

As described! Responsive owner, plenty activity possibilities like fitness, pottery, strolls along the lake. A travel cot was provided making it a comfortable get away with our baby.

An oasis! Elaborately and tastefully furnished small apartment on two floors in a wonderfully restored old courtyard alone between fields. Apart from the rustling of the trees and the many birds, you can't hear anything. Very large and beautiful eco garden between hedges with many comfortable seating areas - as from the magazine Landlust, (which is even available for reading). Ulrike and Thomas, who live in the main house, are attentive hosts, approachable at all times, but just as reserved if you are looking for peace and quiet. Bicycle or car useful for getting to and from. Magnificent bathing lakes in the area, but a few kilometres away.

Unbelievable experience. The place felt special from the start, and meeting Norman tied it all together. Stylish, artsy apartment with a great vibe. Might just be my reason to come back to Berlin.

My family and I were in for a few days and Novi’s spot was perfect. Check in was easy because they have some one at the door of the building 24 hours a day. The place was exactly as the pictures portray it and it had everything that you would need, including a kitchen with all the proper chef tools, including high end glassware. Very quiet street but a few minute walk from the TV tower. Good restaurants. Hofbrau House Berlin, 2 minutes. The Beast, great steak. And all the the things you hope for in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommended

Lovely apartment in Pankow, exactly as pictured with very nice area to sit outside. Also has a well stocked kitchen. Right on the M1 line, easy to access public transit, and a short walk to several grocery stores. Marcus was available for check in and always quickly responsive to questions.

The location and place was perfect for us and we loved the great garden.

A great, modern holiday home in a beautiful setting. We used the canoe and rowing boat extensively to explore the large, idyllic lake. The garden and terrace offer a great view of the water. The house has everything you need, it is very clean and the kitchen is super equipped. We'll be back!

I spent a wonderful weekend with my friends in the lovingly furnished holiday home. We had a relaxed and all-round beautiful time. Nico and his family have designed the house with a lot of heart and a high standard of quality – you immediately feel comfortable. The kitchen is excellently equipped (probably better than our own!) and left nothing to be desired when cooking. The spa area with sauna and hot tub was a real highlight and rounded off our wellness weekend perfectly. I would also like to highlight Nico's communication: always friendly, helpful and available at all times. Our wishes were all fulfilled - we couldn't have imagined it better. A clear recommendation - both for the house and for the great host family.

Manfred's accommodation was exceptionally beautiful. Everything you need to live in a house on holiday was available. It was clean, tidy and cosy. Very tastefully furnished and we felt completely comfortable. Thank you for the time!! We will be happy to come back.

I booked Susnne and René's apartment for work for an employee. My colleague felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything was nice and clean and tidy and also the check-in worked perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped and my colleague was able to feed himself well. I would be happy to book again when we are around.

Carola is very friendly, attentive and a great hostess. Her house has two separate bedrooms with good beds, a lovely shower and a small kitchen where you can sit together comfortably. If you take the forest path, you will be at the Lidl and the adjacent Heiligensee station in 5 minutes. The Sbahn will take you to Brandenburg Tor in 35 minutes. We picked up fresh bread rolls from Lidl in the morning and had breakfast on the train, ideal. Upon returning from the city, you could still had time to do some shopping. There is a great pizzeria opposite the station. And then after all the hustle and bustle of Berlin, you can relax in your own home. We had wonderful days! Thank you Carola!

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful house with garden. The location is great, only a few metres to the lake. The landlady is very friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to come back. Manuela

Super nice contact with the host. Straightforward check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I'd love to stay again the next time I'm in Berlin!

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

Nadja's apartment was very nice and clean. The key handover also worked wonderfully. The apartment is located in a small, beautiful backyard and is therefore very quiet. However, it is only 3 minutes to the next subway station. Gladly again.

Great accommodation! Generously sized, with two bathrooms. I think the apartment is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos! I want to stay there again and have already recommended it to friends. <3

The location turned out to be surprisingly great—quiet but still really convenient to get around. Spacious apartment in a cute slice of Friedrichshain. Very safe, quiet and peaceful neighborhood with parks nearby - the perfect place to unwind and relax away from the noise of the busy city. Plenty of walkable restaurants and coffee shops within 5 minutes. About 15-20 minutes from the city center. Lennard was a great host, he was responsive, communicated well and was flexible given we had some travel delays in arriving to pick up the keys. Would recommend!

Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!
