You also have Internet in fiber optic speed (100Mbit) and a flat-screen TV. Guest towels and bedding are provided.

In this predestined location, you can indulge in endless walks through the forests and Elbauen with your family and pets, practice piano, have your fitness room, your own small garden with pool, charcoal grill, parasol, small terrace oven and be in the city in just a few minutes.

Books, cards and board games are available. Guests are welcome to use the garden and barbecue. We can also provide 2 bicycles to borrow for exploring the Aller-Elbe bike path. Two quarries invite you to fish and swim in the directly adjacent landscape park.

A children's travel crib is available if needed.

This charming 47 m² loft with balcony and views of parks is the ideal place to relax after a sightseeing tour in Magdeburg. Built in 1912 for the artillery of the Prussian army, it has had a turbulent past and has served as a high-quality residential complex in the west of Magdeburg since 2009. Belonging to the Stadtfeld West district, it is well connected to public transport and yet quietly located.
