The cottage has a south-facing wooden deck with dining furniture and a barbecue. Lawns for the children to play on. Here, you are close to Sunne Sommarland, shops, restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality.

Here you can experience a rural environment overlooking vast meadows and fields. Along the gravel road down to Lake Fryken, there are swimming opportunities. In the beautiful forest mushrooms and berries can be picked. The farm is an eight-minute drive to Sunne, where you will find a wide range of cafés, restaurants, shops and shopping. In winter, you can cross-country ski. The nearest ski slope is Hovfjället (55 min)

There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with king-size double bed is situated on the first floor, the other 2 bedrooms (1 single bedroom and 1 with a bunkbed) are situated on the ground floor here you can also find the bathroom. Enjoy lake Fryken att the nearby beach Öjervik.
