Located in a picturesque and quiet street, you can reach everything your heart desires within walking distance... Hist. Marktplatz 50m, pedestrian zone 50m, restaurants, bistros, bars, supermarket and swimming pool. Bus and train connections 5 min. Bikes 5 euro a day for rent. Dogs are welcome here! We charge 10 euros extra per dog per night.

My approx. 115 sqm large house is quietly located, without transit traffic near the forest. There are many family-friendly business opportunities in the area, such as bike park, summer toboggan run, reservoir,... and attractive towns. From the all-round balcony (2 sides) you can enjoy a view of the unspoilt nature. Families with children, peace seekers, sports enthusiasts, couples, groups, pets - all are welcome. My cozy house has 4 ZKB., garage and a fireplace.

Small apartment in Schwabenheim

You can expect a small place to stay in the middle of the beautiful wine village Schwabenheim an der Selz. The apartment has its own staircase from the courtyard and is very quiet. All around are great wineries, which invite you to many festivals, especially in the spring and summer. Schwabenheim is also a paradise for hikers and cyclists. Within walking distance of the apartment you can start beautiful hiking tours.

The newly renovated apartment is located in Ennerich, 4 km from the cathedral city of Limburg. People and animals are very welcome here . The variety of nature experiences such as the Lahnradweg, the Lahnwanderweg and the Lahn as the most popular river for canoe tours in Germany as well as the cultural sights and regional gastronomy make the surroundings a feel-good region.
