Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in the idyllic village of Tiefengrün. In the immediate vicinity of an inn and only a few kilometers from the German-German Museum Mödlareuth. Because of the convenient location to the A9 and A72, excursion destinations are easily accessible. Ideal starting point for destinations in northeastern Bavaria, southeastern Thuringia and impressions at the former German border. We also welcome guests in transit, hikers and cyclists. Breakfast is possible.

In our small, quietly located apartment, you can expect stylish furnishings with attention to detail, a philosopher's house on the balcony, as well as an infrared sauna for that extra dose of wellness. Located directly between the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Forest, not only hiking enthusiasts will get their money's worth. Our beautiful city of Hof also has a lot to offer with extraordinary and popular recreational areas such as the Untreusee and the Theresienstein.

The apartment with garden view is in a semi-detached house downstairs in the annex (basement). The granny flat is about 50 sqm, 2 rooms, bathroom and kitchen. The house is at the end of a dead end road. The apartment was renovated in 2022/2023. Heating: fuel cell + solar Amazon logistic center 17 min by car Theresienpark 14 min by car Garage available if required (extra to rent). For long-term stays, longer than 2 months, we offer interesting offers for tenants and corporate customers.

Cycling and skiing or chilling by the lake!

Our cozy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active vacationers. By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

Welcome to our sweet 45 sqm small holiday bungalow in Lichtenberg /Franconia, which is in the heart of a holiday park. In the middle of nature surrounded by the Franconian Forest next to the Lichtenberg bathing lake and Höllental. Modernly furnished with satellite TV and fast Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms, shared parking, pets welcome. We are the perfect starting point for hikes and excursions into nature. We are right on site and will be happy to help and look forward to seeing you soon!

Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Cozy 2-room apartment near the city center. Supermarket, small kiosk, ice cream shop and hospital around the corner. Public transport is a 5-10 minute walk away. Plauen city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. We offer a fully furnished apartment that is perfect for short trips or long stays. Families are also always welcome with us. On request, there is also a baby travel bed. We are also happy to welcome international guests.

Pure nature in the Fichtel Mountains

Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. Unser Haus ist ruhig gelegen, ca. 2 km vom schönen Untreusee entfernt. Nach Hof sind es 5 km, nach Rehau 10 km. Wir vemieten ein abgeschlossenes Apartment im Untergeschoß, bestehend aus einem Wohn-Schlafbereich ca. 24qm, einer Singleküche ca. 4qm und einem Bad ca. 3,5 qm. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Türöffner und einer Sprechanlage ausgestattet.
