Our cosy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtelgebirge mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active holidaymakers. You can reach the Untreusee recreational area in just 10 minutes by bike, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities at the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the ski area Klinovec, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

Our accommodation is absolutely quiet, and you can be in nature in just a few steps. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity, there are cross-country ski trails and the biathlon stadium with a roller ski track and ski lift, a toboggan run, MTB trails and hiking trails. Take a holiday in Upper Franconia. For travellers or couples. We offer a newly renovated apartment with complete equipment for a maximum of 3 persons. Parking directly outside the door. Shopping is within walking distance. Within walking distance you can reach the Hofer Freiheitshalle and the theatre. Garden use on request. The apartment and access is not disabled accessible and barrier-free. No smoking inside the apartment.

Wir vemieten ein abgeschlossenes Apartment im Untergeschoß, bestehend aus einem Wohn-Schlafbereich ca. 24qm, einer Singleküche ca. 4qm und einem Bad ca. 3,5 qm. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Türöffner und einer Sprechanlage ausgestattet.
