You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household. Our penthouse (approx. 180 m²) has a very unique style. Absolute feel-good atmosphere in the middle of downtown. The roof terrace is great, especially in summer. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. Mainzer Fastnacht is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade.
