A hiking trail and bike path, which leads you to the amusement park and the adventure pool "Sommerwelt" Hippach, is located directly at the house. At a distance of about 70 m, winter sports enthusiasts will find the ski bus stop, from where you can reach the largest ski areas of the Zillertal in a few minutes by car.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat einen seperaten Eingang. Unser Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe oberhalb von Ramsau und gehört zu Hainzenberg. Am Fuße der Anhöhe sind zahlreiche Geschäfte und Bushaltestellen. Zu Fuss sind das ca. 300 Meter. Im Winter fährt von hier aus auch der Skibus zur Horbergbahn und zur Zillertal Arena.
