Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Hòa Vang

Thank you Minh for being so enthusiastic with us even though she is pregnant and will be born in the next few weeks. She alway responds whenever I need it at night or day. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, the blanket and towels were provided when we asked for it even though it was not time to clean up. I appreciate her enthusiasm and kindness. Resort is located between Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city so I easily go to Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city without losing much time and cost. Private swimming pool is very clean and cool. The private beach here is not crowded so it is very comfortable. Enthusiastic and friendly service staff. The breakfast is very rich and plentiful, the cook is very delicious. We are served at the apartment and do not need to go anywhere. Very good shuttle service and very reasonable price Thank you for giving me a great vacation. The next vacation we will definitely come back to you guys.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. My only wish is that the bathroom had an extra light—it’s a bit dim at night. The location is perfect, right across from the beach. Overall, a great stay!

Best place in Hoi An. Worth every penny. Although option to lock bathroom doors would have been nice otherwise it was great.

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

This place really deserves a 10-star review, but that option doesn't exist. It's one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's super clean, and the area is very quiet.

Hai’s place is great! Nothing bad to say about the apartment per se, the only thing is that it’s a bit far from Da Nang downtown but It doesn’t really matter if you drive a motorcycle! Great to have a private place for a good price when you need a break from hostels:)

This is the nicest apartment I've stayed at in Da Nang. It's basically brand new and is a loft style layout with floor to ceiling windows offering an excellent view of the airport, allowing you to watch the planes take off. The sound insulation is good and unlike many of the buildings closer to the beach, there are no issues with humidity/dampness. The apartment is on the top floor of a mixed-use building on a main street that makes it easy to go all the restaurants and cafes in Hai Chau. It's also really not that far from the beach side of the river either. If you want to enjoy Da Nang but not have to deal with the craziness and traffic of My An in the high season, this is a really good spot. The hosts are friendly and very responsive.

The surrounding area is quiet with walkable streets lined with restaurants and minimarts. what I will miss the most is Hai's wonderful mother! she made breakfast for us every day, fresh mulberry and sugarcane drinks with some very tasty meals. thank you for the hospitality and the comfortable beds🙏🙏

My stay was quiet and relaxed. It was also a good distance to tourist spots (e.g, hoi an, dragon bridge, sontra) 15-30 mins away. 15 mins away from airport.

We had an amazing 2 months in the apartment! The staff was always friendly and the room got cleaned every two days. Amazing service!

I would just stay some days. But the apartment was so good that I had to extend to 1 week. The host Natalie, is very helpful and friendly. The best host in Airbnb !! She gave to us all the instructions very clear and helped us a lot !!!

Our two-month stay felt like home. We loved our stay and we were very comfortable. Besides a couple of kitchen utensils which we bought to complete the functionality of the kitchen we had everything we needed: the pool, gym, and on-premises safe and peaceful place to sit and work were all as depicted in the photo's and were lovely. There are so many coffee shops close by, a walk along the Han river towards the Dragon Bridge is close and easy and the staff are helpful and friendly. There are event rooms and Karaoke rooms on premises which we were worried about, but the events end at reasonable times. We would stay here again as it is away from the touristy places, yet close enough to get to them easily.

I spent almost two months in a beautiful place in Da Nang. In a new,clean,bright,apartment! Where there was everything you need, and more! Great mattresses pillows,new appliances, all the dishes are there, the refrigerator is large spacious, the cleaning IS WONDERFUL ONCE A week,shampoo, conditioner, shower gel is complemented,even the dishes are washed with rags,detergent. I don't have words, the service is top notch. Two brothers to try, you can see it! Russian speaking staff,always helpful and helpful! I definitely recommend staying here for price /quality. Nearby there are pharmacies, a proct store,coffee shops, the sea is a 5-minute walk, the area for locals is no longer particularly touristy ,but who loves a secluded location,quiet without karaoke, will definitely like it. Feel free to book!
