Monthly Rentals in Hòa Khánh Nam

A man in his mid-30s used it alone for 8 nights and 10 days. To start with the conclusion, it is a very satisfactory accommodation and I will use it again when I revisit Da Nang. Kevin is very kind. He'll help you whenever you need it. It takes about 10-12 minutes on foot to the traditional market, and I used a Grab motorcycle when necessary. There is a restaurant called Phở Ngọc within a minute's walk. I highly recommend you to visit. I will tell you the disadvantages. 1. It's not very soundproof. If necessary, it would be nice to prepare an earplug. 2. We recommend that you take a shower (+ shower filter). After about a week, the shower filter gradually turns dark brown. I am personally very satisfied and recommend this accommodation.😃

The apartment was as described and Phước went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Recommand it 100%. It's also close to the beach, 5 minutes :)

Mike's place was very clean and private, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is close to both the airport and train station in Da Nang, though a bit far from the beach. Overall, it was a great experience - I would definitely stay here again if I return to Da Nang!

Extended our stay because we felt comfortable and the bed makes it easier to go about the next days :)
