We were 9 people in the most diverse age groups in the house and everyone immediately felt very comfortable! The house is well equipped and we didn't lack anything. Communication was super fast and very friendly. The house is quietly located. You can take beautiful trips by car, and the beach in front of the door is also beautiful and quiet with the dunes. We would come back. Thank you!

From the moment we drove up to the house until we left, everything was in the best order. Everything was to be found and worked impeccably. Cathrin always responded quickly to our questions, and the place was really inviting, clean and tidy. It was also very cozy. We'd love to come back.

I spent three nights in this absolutely gorgeous home in walking distance to the sea and other local sites. The home is far more beautiful than the photos could indicate and it was a peaceful respite with nature while being totally comfortable surrounded by the home’s beautiful design and decor. I only wish I had spent more nights there!

We had a great time. The location is simply fantastic. Apart from the sound of the sea and roosters, nothing could be heard. The space is as it is pictured and described in the pictures. There were two of us traveling with a dog. For dogs, the property and the area is also perfect. The communication with Kenth was great and we had all the info we needed. The accommodation and amenities are simple, but are also described as such. We lacked nothing.

The stay at Katrine's was very nice. Upon arrival, we had to take smaller hygiene measures, but after getting back to Katrine, she would also have sent someone by for help/removal. However, we have waived that. A few more storage options for your own belongings would be nice. The house itself is very nicely located in the dunes, is close to the water and very comfortably furnished. If you are looking for peace, this is a great place to be . Skagen is around the corner. We felt very comfortable and would come back.

Great place close to the beach. Just half an hour to Skagen and 20 min to the ferry in Frederikshaven. Comfortable house with everything you need. We spotted deer and frogs right outside the window! Would come back again!!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks on site as a family. Great beach, beautiful surroundings. The red vacation home is in a great location and yet quiet and almost secluded. The trampoline was great for my daughter. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything very comfortably furnished and firewood for a nice evening by the fireplace was also available. We have no suggestion for improvement, therefore fully deserved 5 stars.

The house itself is very well equipped and had everything we needed for a longer stay, including reliable internet, which made it easy to work remotely. Our kids loved exploring the outdoors, and we appreciated the thoughtful setup that made everyday life with children easy and relaxed. What truly made the experience outstanding were the hosts, Nanna and Anders. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful—always available when needed but never intrusive. Highly recommended for families, remote workers, and anyone looking to enjoy Danish nature with exceptional hospitality.

What a delightful place, right in the dunes with lovely views to the sea. It was very peaceful, and was lovely to hear the sea and the birds from the house. It was a homely and simple but very cosy and comfortable summerhouse, near a beautiful beach. We had a delicious breakfast at the beach cafe just at the end of the track.

Great, quiet and secluded location of the house very close to the sea. We stayed here with our dog, and the beaches were deserted and ideal for long walks. Helpful instructions and tips from Georg about the house and the to dos near the house.

The house was a perfect fit for us (7) Our son brought two friends, and they could stay a little by themselves at one end of the house. There was flexible arrival, which was really nice. Cecilie was always very quick to respond to questions. We definitely want to come back and like a summer so the beautiful garden can be enjoyed.

The house was very nice and the garden was big. It was clean in the house, but some things like the couch and some of the kitchenware were dirty. The host was friendly and responded quickly to messages.

We have been to Lökken many times but never stayed as pleasant and close to the sea as this time. Otium is a charming older house located in the dunes with the water tower as the nearest neighbor. It is cozy decorated with room for many. There is a great driveway to park on, charging for electric car for those who have such, barrels for garbage sorting with clear instructions. On the ground floor there is a kitchen that is equipped with everything that could be, a small older style bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed facing the garden, a living room with spacious dining area and two seating areas. The garden has sun all day. It has a lawn, dining area and drying facilities for clothes. A winding staircase leads up to the upper floor, where you are greeted by a seating area by a panoramic window overlooking the sea and the dunes. There are two cozy bedrooms with all necessary equipment. In three minutes you are by the sea and in one minute in the village. The house has character. We missed nothing and loved the house! Hope to come again!
