Welcome to our newly built guest house. You can rent individual rooms or the whole house. Rooms have views of the forest and lake. We are close to the North Sea and Fårup Sommerland. The family rooms are with double bed and bunk bed they have an en-suite bathroom and private terrace, while the double rooms on the 1st floor have a French balcony and en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. All rooms share a large communal kitchen. The rooms are in a guest house on a farm with various animals and in addition we have a pottery workshop you can visit.

Two large bathrooms are facilitated for the houses, and each house includes a double bed, mini bar and Wifi. During the season, food is available at Café Oldschool. The stay includes bed linen package, towels as well as coffee and tea ad lib. We look forward to your stay Note: Breakfast must be ordered in the cafe and is not included.

Der er faciliteret to store badeværelser til husene, og hver hus indeholder en dobbeltseng, minibar og Wifi. Inden for sæsonen er der mulighed for mad hos Café Oldschool. Welcome to Pedersholt Air B&B - on the edge of Jyske Ås with access to a large natural area. The rooms are at the end of the house on a charming holiday farm centrally located in Vendsyssel. Enjoy the peace, the orchard, the nature and the wildlife on the property with trails and cozy nooks. Velkommen til vores nybyggede værelser Alle værelser har udsigt til skov og sø. Vi er tæt på Vesterhavet og Fårup Sommerland. Familieværelserne er med dobbeltseng og køjeseng de har eget badeværelse og privat terrasse, mens dobbeltværelserne på 1 sal har fransk altan og eget badeværelse i stueetagen. Alle værelser deler et stort fælles køkken. Værelserne er i et gæstehus på en gård med forskellige dyr og vi har keramikværksted.

Room located at hotel with lovely courtyard

The room is located on the first floor (not Ground floor) of a hotel property. There is another rental room on the floor, otherwise it is secluded. Please note that a very steep staircase leads to the room. The bathroom, which is shared with the neighboring room, if rented, is located on the ground floor. There is a common area that can be used when open. You are free to use the hotel's shared kitchenette.
