It is a modern, stylish year-round house for the environmentally conscious, as there is geothermal heating and extra insulation, which significantly reduces electricity consumption and makes the house extremely CO2-friendly. There is underfloor heating everywhere.

Large bathroom with toilet, shower and sauna. Youth groups or parties are not accepted. Guests must bring their own bed linen, towels and tea towels.

In the second row of dunes, 50 meters from the North sea, lies our authentic architect-designed summer house with sea views. It is never crowded here – there is plenty of space for relaxation and many walks along the Nordic coast or in the many forests. The best of Danish cuisine can be found in the nearby town of Lønstrup. There is also the opportunity to explore the groundbreaking measures that have been taken to protect the beautiful coastline, or visit the famous lighthouse, Rubjerg Fyr.

Built in 2024, the home offers three cozy double bedrooms with plenty of closet space. One master bedroom has a TV.
