Newly renovated simple cottage with the forest around the corner

Welcome to Rödja! A cozy little village in the middle of Småland, located between Sävsjö and Vetlanda. Now we rent out our newly renovated cottage with forest and nature as neighbors. The cottage is located in a large garden surrounded by pastures with cows and horses. Swimming area is within walking distance at the village river and 5 minutes away by car are both Vallsjön and Sandsjöbaden. In one of the cottage's bedrooms, the beds can be placed separately or together depending on whether there is 1 couple or 2 children sleeping there.

In the middle of "Astrid Lindgren's World" and "High Chaparral" is this house in a small community.(About 100 km to both) There is a shop and a well-visited German restaurant, "Lieblingsplatz". Nice hiking areas and lakes. Boat and fishing license can be arranged for an extra cost. Winter time: slalom slope with a lift in Sävsjö. (25 km) There is a high chair, children. Sheets and towels are available to rent.

The house has three proper bedrooms and there is the possibility to expand the sleeping places with two additional sofa beds. Lilla Trulsabo

This 5-bedroom cottage overlooks Bastasjön and is located on a farm, 30 minutes' drive from Jönköping. There is a wood-fired sauna and a private beach area with a jetty. Lilla Trulsabo has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a living room with TV, fireplace and sofa. The cottage has two bathrooms with shower. In the large garden, there is a furnished terrace and barbecue facilities. As a guest, you have free access to a rowboat and life jackets. We have been welcoming guests since September 3, 2012.

Välkommen till ett unikt boende i rofylld miljö med sjöutsikt strax utanför Växjö. Bo på flotten ett stenkast ut i den långgrunda Tävelsåssjön. Fint både sommar och vinter. Njut av solnedgång över sjön. Öppna upp dörrarna mot vattnet så snart du vaknat. Varför inte både ett kvälls och morgondopp efter bastun? This is a old barn that is easy renovated. We have internet and tv with chromecast, however its not always that it works. If you need tv or internet to survive we recommend that you search for something closer to city. This house/ cottage suits family’s who wants to be close to nature. The house is 100meters from the sea Helgasjön. Fireplace directly by water is provided when asked. We speak German and English. We do have boats with 5 to 10ps engines that can be rented by guests.

Tree house in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful home in the middle of the forest. In this tree house, you'll live up among the trees in a quiet, peaceful setting, with animals, birds and nature as your neighbours. Here the noise level is quiet, it smells of forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right fit. Guesthouse by lake

Get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of our newly-built (2023) guest house. The guest house is located on the same property as the main house, which is also rented out. The property offers a private beach with a jetty for swimming, and a wood-fired sauna right on the lake. The forest is just outside the doorstep, so it is suitable for mushroom and berry pickers. The lake also offers good fishing for those interested (perch, pike and zander) - or why not go canoeing.
