The home is close to the University, OCC/JF Bank Arena and the new hospital. 2 minutes from highway E20. 7 minutes walk to light rail at Bilka and bus that brings you around the city. Likewise, a 7-15 minute walk to Ikea and Rosengårdscentret with restaurants, and all shopping can be done. The home is on 3 floors where the basement is closed off.
