The place has everything you need, the hosts are very attentive, it was a great experience as it is a good place to get away from everything.

This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 9 (with two babies) - very safe, spacious; every need was met in a timely/responsive manner and we couldn't ask for more. Location is definitely centrally accessible but make sure to account for traffic!

What a great place to stay right by beautiful Coyocan! The gym and pool were great and the apartment is really more like a condo - tons of space! I would definitely stay again.

We had a very nice stay at Myriam's house this weekend. We went as a family and were all very satisfied. From the beginning, both Myriam and her husband were very friendly and helpful with us. We were looking for a house in Coyoacán that was close to downtown, in a safe area and with parking inside the property. This house complied with all that: it is located in a private with remote control access, which gave us a lot of peace, and had a very safe parking space. The house is very cozy, the rooms are spacious, everything was clean and there was hot water without problems. Overall, we felt right at home. We would definitely stay again with Myriam. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Santiago’s place for my husband’s birthday with friends & family & had a wonderful time. The home was immaculately clean with so many special touches & beautiful decor. We would love to return next time we come to CDMX.

Our group of nine women had an amazing stay here. This home is incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. We particularly loved our evenings spent in the interior courtyard patio, and it was a great location from which to explore the city. Enrique was very responsive and flexible, even letting us check in a bit early and out a bit late. Lilia was also a great help in keeping things tidy.

They told me that we were careful with the area but our experience was positive; very quiet and familiar around. Martín's house is a beautiful, peaceful space. We were two families traveling together with young kids, and they enjoyed playing in the backyard and the upstairs TV room. It was warm when we visited CDMX and two of the upstairs bedrooms had minisplit A/C units, which was great. Martín was super responsive, even stopping by to drop off some extra towels when we needed them. The location was nice, a short 10-15 minute walk to La Comer for groceries, a 10 minute car ride to an area with many restaurants, and 20-30 minutes to Chapultepec/Condesa/Centro historico depending on traffic. Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful, walkable location, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Sometimes Uber got confused with location, so we found that navigating to nearby Taqueria Don Frank worked well. The house was beautifully furnished, with lots of windows, art, very comfy beds, plenty of extra towels and linens and pillows, and a kitchen with everything we needed, including a nifty water filter pot! The security gates made us feel very safe, and the rooftop and kitchen patios were great for getting some air and viewing the city. Santiago was wonderful with communication, and gave us some wonderful tips for restaurants and things to do as well. Overall, a delightful experience!

super hosts, the house is very nice, very close to the safe GNP stadium which was where we were going, is in a very quiet and safe area. Highly recommended.
