Great area, communicative host, amazing property!

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive, making everything smooth and easy from start to finish. The doorman, Martin, was especially kind and accommodating—his friendly presence really made us feel welcome. We enjoyed walking around the area, and when we needed to get farther, Ubers were easy to order and arrived quickly. The space itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. It did get a little stuffy at night, but thankfully there were fans provided, which helped a lot. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay—would definitely recommend!

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with how beautiful and peaceful this property is. If you like a dark room to sleep in, this loft is for you. It does not have a view from inside the loft but we were willing to sacrifice a view for a peaceful night sleep. If you head to the rooftop you will get a beautiful view and a beautiful lounge area. The entire loft is modern mixed with simplicity. Inside the loft offered complimentary water, Coke, Beer and coffee. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The cherry on top for us is our valet attendant offered a car wash inside and out to our vehicle and the car came out spotless. 1000% I would recommend this loft to stay in. *⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐* Absolutely recommended! The location is perfect whether you're in Mexico City for tourism or errands. The neighborhood is fun, lively, and feels very safe. The building has 24/7 security, and the hosts are incredibly kind and responsive. Finding an apartment in the heart of Mexico City with such a spacious terrace is a rare bonus! It’s also accessible for people with partial mobility issues—there are ramps and no stairs to access the unit,. The apartment is full of natural light and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Very good accommodation. The only thing is that there was air conditioning but the control didn't work. I couldn't use it and it's summer. Without pregnancy, there was also a fan.

It’s a good value place to stay in

Ana's apartment is beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean. The gorgeous, large terrace is a tremendous benefit when the weather is lovely, which it was when we visited. The location is absolutely ideal, too! We traveled with our 13-month-old, and we were grateful for the pack-n-play crib, the baby bath and the baby gate. While Ana originally didn't have a high chair available, she kindly sent one during our stay. We highly recommend Ana's flat and very much hope to return!

This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 9 (with two babies) - very safe, spacious; every need was met in a timely/responsive manner and we couldn't ask for more. Location is definitely centrally accessible but make sure to account for traffic!

Our stay was awesome! I love the home layout as each bedroom along with its full bathroom were on their own level. The kitchen and living room areas were wonderful and the furniture made it feel special. The host, Santiago, was very responsive and extremely accommodating to our requests. We enjoyed our stay and it is a place we would love to come back and stay at again!

We had such a lovely experience staying at this Airbnb in Polanco! I visited with my parents, and the apartment was perfect for the three of us—clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The space felt cozy and safe, with all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located stay in Mexico City. We'd definitely love to come back!

Very highly recommended! It is an excellent location right next to the metro with an Oxxo across the street, so super convenient. We also really appreciated having the added security of a front desk. The apartment itself is unbelievably spacious and the rooftop is such a nice bonus. It was roomy for two people but would be best for a family or a group of 4 people since there are two bedrooms and two baths. We also really loved the beautiful decorations showcasing the art and artisan work from around Mexico.

This was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever. Andres’ place is clean, spacious, and located in arguably the most desirable area in CDMX for visitors. The unit itself is distinguished by tasteful art and enough books in Spanish and English to keep a a reader engaged for months. There are dozens of great dining and drinking options within a 5-10 minute walk. And the doormen who watched the entry gate were attentive and polite, even when we checked in at 11:00pm and checked out at 2:15am due to our flight schedules. Although we never met face to face, Andres was invariably a responsive and friendly host. There is a fan but no a/c (par for the course in CDMX). The unit can get a toasty during the day. Opening the patio door and back window provides good cross-ventilation but invites the local population of blood-thirsty mosquitoes to join your party. Some itchy bites aside, this is a 6-Star (out of 5) property. We will book this unit again for our next visit to the city.

Maria Luisa's place is a gem. And so is she! The apartment is spacious, bright, modern and well appointed. The kitchen is impressively well-stocked with cooking needs. The bed is incredibly comfortable. It is located in a lovely neighbourhood, near numerous restaurants, with a large grocery store one-half block away, and a subway stop within 5 minutes walk. All in all, a wonderful place from which to explore Mexico City. Maria Luisa is truly a great host, she obviously cares about her guests and to make their stay enjoyable. As an example, this is the only AirBnb location where we found a first-aid kit in the bathroom. Maria Luisa obviously is focused on her guests' comfort . She is very responsive, and is proactive in providing guests with information. There was an earthquake drill during our stay. She took the time to warn us, so we would not be alarmed when it happened. We greatly enjoyed out stay and definitely will select this place again when we return to DCMX.

Book Isra's Airbnb to attend a GNP Stadium concert. A 15 minutes walk you can reach the metro station puebla and bajarte en cd sportiva which leaves you next to gate 6 of the GNP stadium; I consider it a very good option for events in the GNP stadium. The area is safe to walk at any time. As for what the Airbnb offers, it is a very good option as well as the building where it is located.

I give it 5 stars because the apartment is exactly as described in the listing and Cristina's attention is very good. We had an issue and it was resolved the same day. Recommended.
