Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

From here you can enjoy the Bizau barefoot path within a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Our place is newly furnished with a lot of love, ideal for families. The apartment can also be booked for 2 people or more. A free shuttle bus runs to the Mellau-Damüls ski resort (9 km) every hour. You will appreciate this place very much because it is an oasis of peace.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.
