The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

In the wild romantic garden there are tall trees, birds, hedgehogs, squirrels, spiders, grass snakes... The property is fenced about 1.2 m high. The surroundings with forest, the river Oste and many lakes invite you to hike and cycle.

Each bedroom also has its own bathroom. The cozy underfloor heating or the cooling air conditioning are just two of the many amenities. The large living and dining area is flooded with light and has two outdoor areas. The view of the Weser is simply unique.

Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

Deer and rabbits often stop by the adjacent pasture; in the spring and summer, bird concerts are part of the standard program. In cloudless weather, a wonderful starry sky without light pollution.
